FORSAID’s third newsletter is out - now on LinkedIn as well

March 2026 marked the release of the latest edition of the bi-annual FORSAID newsletter. The issue catches subscribers up with the most notable developments for the project over the past six months. 

In terms of milestones, the following are singled out:

• a newly published paper on the benefits of clear-cutting in forest pest management

• FORSAID’s first technological demonstration video - showcasing how the Entomoscope device can improve automatic pest species identification

• the project’s scientific illustrations of the ten target species

• the interview with FORSAID’s coordinator Andrea Battisti

• the submission of the project’s practice abstracts to the EU-FarmBook platform
